Wow this is great! Again, I just love how you put these on plain backgrounds!
I have a few niggling things though...and they are a bit silly and pedantic! The first thing I thought of was the index finger that is straight...for itching i'd be more inclined for a curve ;]
Also, considering the extent of injury here...I feel there should be a bit more blood around the wounds. I think this might also help it look not so like they are just sitting on the outside of the skin, but actually stabbed through...as your obvious intent. The dripping blood is also very straight, I would imagine that this would probably float in different directions along the curves in the back...ok I really have no idea as I've never seen such a thing before, but just a thought!
Well it looks great aesthetically! But just some criticism...if you wanted it to look more realistic :]
Very cool :D

viron20 Aah, I see your points. I always accept any kind of critique but I feel compelled to point out that since I self photographed myself I was more worried about centering myself into the frame and catching the right angle than to bend my fingers :D
You're right about the spikes coming out so "softly" from the skin, other people pointed that out. I'll rework them when I'll have the time and the willingness to do that, heh! ;)
Thanks, carly.
The end of the series and luis will never sleep again!
Everyone else seems to have pointed out anything I may have said, however I still really like this and the whole series. Fantastic imagination to sit down and have the balls to do these in the first place!
fuckin brutal!!!!, the series would make a brill tryptic

viron20 Tryptic is a word that scares me and whose use should be restricted to those which make real art ;)
But I'll take the compliment anyway, thanks!
