Model: Claudia Rindler - rotten-art.com (you can see her also on my other artwork "Devil Doll")
Creature design and fake body parts: Claudia Rindler
Photography, light, set up and post processing: me
Quite disturbing but rather interesting work.
Good execution indeed (both the shot and the surgical operation...joking, I know nothing about surgical...).
I think that's playable for a mature content :)
So, because I never done one before (never thought about doing something like this), what's move you in that way? What push you in that gore-like works?
About "Creature design and fake body parts: Claudia Rindler", this means that real models are manufactured? Not a photomanipulation?

Claudia, which is the model here, is my business partner. She's special make-up artist and this capture is one piece of a series for a cd cover shoot.
...this means that real models are manufactured?
Like I said: it's Claudia and she is "very real" ;))
Not a photomanipulation?
Nope!

pixnoize Claudia is real and that's unquestionable :)
With "manufactured models" I intended those little creepy children, heads, torsos and so on was real models manufactured by Claudia?
An interesting idea and concept. The model photography really is superb. Suits the mood and the piece, although I think the blood does suffer a little from desaturation, or maybe it was that colour at the time of the shot.

pixelmedia Thank you Keith. Yes, I desaturated (-70%) it, to give it a more cold touch. I don't like strong colors and I didn't wanted it b/w.
i'd like to see an in depth series of this, perhaps a panoramic scan around the room with other models some laying their after having given birth, others possibly pulling their own out... sounds creepy but its a really interesting concept to get deeper and deeper with.
lovely work.

pixelmedia Merci beaucoup :) To be honest with you, I really like your idea and probably next time I'm gonna try it. For this time, I just have some "making of's", which are still in RAW (I'm a lazy fuck, I know). I'll post 'em on my website within the next couple of days ;)

@pixelmedia: would love to see it, it would cause the mind & the train of thought to be thrown off course.

Well.... I understand Keith in some way ...some laying their after having given birth, others possibly pulling their own out... *ggg*
Hey, we should work together. You and Claudia.... kindred spirit :))
Oh its all reality. Reality is Scary. I know there were times when women only had themselves to take care of this sort of thing, and i am sure many babies did not survive...
... i am terrible at collaboration, lol (You should read... http://www.creativestem.com/forum/feedback/1807/artist-collaboration-battle-area/) - but i am always open to hearing and sharing ideas and concepts.
