Very interesting use of logotype. I really like the main lettering. Perhaps if the studio art was placed more to the left or in lowercase it would detract less from the main logo. Or, you could go all out and just not have them there at all!

Interesting concept. I personally like it. My only complaint is that the "Studio Art" part is too detached vertically from the actual logo, that it gets lost in the logo.
