Beautiful colors, as usual, but muted in a sense. Brings a 70s feel to it. The collision of faces are done flawlessly, which brings them all together. The typography is also subtle and implemented so softly.

meredith thanks for noticing the subtleties, for what they are. i really appreciate your thoughts on this piece, Sean :]
Okay, so I am still catching up here. I remember seeing this when you uploaded and always meaning to get back to it. So, here I am!
The many faces of Mere. Muted and Retro seem to be the main buzzwords flying around here from scanning through the comments. There is something trippy about the whole thing, like its either a dream or even a nightmare depending on your viewpoint. Each face, but in reality the eyes look so sad and almost lost. But ironically enough the eyes which are on their own look quite evil and almost menacing. So, there is almost like a battle going on here between all of the different persona's.
Yes the many faces.. vulnerability, sadness, ego, violence. (off with their heads) and the many confusing thoughts that go soaring through my mind and taking over my art direction. Who will come out on top? Which one will be the most successful. Who will i be. According to this piece never will i be any of them so i should just give up. Or at least not worry about it. Thanks for looking at my work and sharing with me what it is that you see.
Its never too late and you know you can always take your time.
