So great to see a variance in your style here, I am sure you could try your hand at anything and still make it look beautiful in your own expression. The whole distorted and almost disjointed effect here really emphasises the feeling behind this piece. Taking beauty apart piece by piece. I do agree with fant on the shadow, it does feel a little out of place when taken in contrast to the rest of the figure.
