Description: Expression Suppression is symbolic of the frustration I have felt through the years I have been studying art at high school.

Though I have never failed anything in art I thought this would be a dramatic way to express my opposition towards conformity in the classroom.

This piece has been:
- In The Young Originals Exhibition 2002.
- A Finalist in the Quest For Excellence 2002.
- Exhibited at Garden City Shopping Center (Western Australia) 2002.
- A Runner up in the Upper Secondary division of The Shaun Tan Awards For Young Artists 2003.
