It is typical to man to mimic the creation of life in ones ideal image. A puppeteer is a person who manipulates an inanimate object using strings. The brilliant use of strings gives the puppeteer full control of his puppet.
An excellent analogy of dominance. The unmistakable fact however is that there is always someone pulling your strings as part of an endless fractal.

This piece was originally inspired from my data structures and algorithms lectures.. I was immediately fascinated by recursive functions :)
The puppeteer concept is to me pretty worn out, but I think it turned out more interesting in this context.
This is such a fantastic interpretation of this concept. I love that in your work and I think it's making a point that no ideas are ever over-old if you're bringing new ways to look at it that most people don't see.
It's such a vicious cycle I suppose it can be seen in a lot of things, the hierarchy in working environments. It also reminded me of advocates of equal opportunity and how they are often the ones to take advantage of such situations and being the complete example of what they think they're fighting against. I suppose we often become what we hate, and usually dislike in others what is in ourselves.
Also aesthetically amazing Egil, I am quite enjoying this series of your work!
