This is Bob from South Beach, Miami. Despite his appearance, he owns a Cadillac truck and 3 properties in the area. He spoke of a time in South Beach before it became a tourist trap, where seniors would sit outside the art deco buildings and wait for their timely deaths. Maybe he's crazy, or maybe he really knows what he's doing.
