This was a very interesting process for me. I had a definitive sketch laid out for this painting, but it evolved a lot during the process to the point where this became experimental for me. Which was not my intent (I'm trying to avoid a lot of experimental work and focusing on purposeful work). I like this paint, but I recognize that this isn't my strongest work and it feels like an experiment.
