Buggy dates, site-wide

Greetings!

As you may have noticed, we've been experiencing some buggy dates in the forums and in the site messaging. This should now be resolved, though if you notice it anywhere else, please drop me a comment/message immideatly.

We're sorry for the confusion/inconvenience caused by this, and we're working hard to fix any loopholes we can come across.
