Maybe we could have a distinction system whereas if someone gets an artwork in an exhibition or whatever they get a little sticker on their profile... just so things like community activism, creativity, and stuff get noticed. (Obviously one for staff as well... there should be some way of making staff known from the rest.)

Actually this has been discussed already a while ago. Though will be conceived in a bit of a different way. Not so much an award system. Personally I don't like getting ranking ideas going on..

Ranking in staff is somewhat necessary so people know who to direct questions, etc to. Right now if someone were to come on this site they wouldn't know who is in charge and who to contact. UNLESS CS wants to keep it so there is no "defined" leaders...
