I have learned that meditation is incredibly powerful.

& I agree with Carly about the garlic crusher...
Make sure that you rinse it off immediately.
Crusty garlic is a bitch to clean ;b

do not leave a mop bucket full of water in the walkway between the kitchen and living room because someone like me may carelessly walk by and tip it over with their leg... inevitably soaking the living room carpet.
