carly Awh Setubal looks pretty! But so does Viseu...see I would visit either. Actually I really want to visit Porto but it is very difficult to find flights there, only really expensive, or cheaper ones for 5am. Maybe to fly to Lisboa and take a train from there is better. We consider moving there but if Luis goes he has to join the army O_o

arisu how come? o_o
if you get at 5am, then you would get there at like 7am i believe... but trips of 4h+ is always a huge pain in the ass. now everytime i must go to the city it annoys me so hard and i always feel tired after a while.

carly Well the stupid thing is it takes longer to get to the airport in London then to fly across Europe. So for 5am flight you probably have to be up since midnight to get to airport! At least it's closer then 24hr flight to Australia...

arisu wow that's a lot... but don't you live in london? when i went there i'm not sure how much time took but i think it took pretty much 4h too which totally sucked lol but that's cuz my brother was living in the country when he was over there.
24H trip omg T_T i'd die, i'm sure my ass would get square for good lols
beautiful new features! :] speaking of beautiful.. how are you?

carly The infocus? Yah...and I updated the html all by myself!...ya...somebody trusted me..haha.
I am alright I suppose. A bit homesick...I think it's the mellow music I'm listening to...though it has a inspirational effect on me as well so whatever. I've been working in ps all day today, I can't believe it!
How you going? Where's my drawing? ;)

meredith yeah the infocus. that is awesome, all you needed was a bit of trust and there you go.
i am kind of the same with the mellow inspiration, and the gray skies add to it. i wish it were more positive though. i have been drowning in ps too trying to get some work done on a couple commissions.
As for your drawing... i think i've ruined it. and need to start over. it only fits the pattern of my destruction the past couple weeks. ;] i will send you some previews soon. Also trying to get some pieces done for raster, while i still can afford the internet..

carly I bet you didn't ruin it! I think I saw the sketchbook you had there a while ago, I thought I made a comment on it but maybe I didn't. I liked it. But if not what you wanted, oh well. It sucks when you have something in mind and then struggle to make it happen, I think it gets worse when you tell people what you're working on...it's a total project stopper for me!

meredith omg me too!! why is that? especially once ive shown someone. i think it helps in some cases but then can totally ruin it. but at the same time if you are stuck and want to move...
i hate feeling like = if i cant figure it out on my own then maybe i shouldnt be doing it. you know? like their are two of me. and i coach myself. and if i cant coach myself to it, then i should just give up.
i like what i had done with it but their was something bugging me in the digital realm so i think im going to work more on the sketch before i try to bring it into photoshop. so i need a big redo. feh.
carly Am thank you :) Except today our shower is not working. Errgghh. And we don't have internet!

carly Actually was fixed by pushing a button in the fuse box. Hahaha. UK showers are retarded.

devian Lol, wow. Showers on a fuse. Can't wait to get to London.

carly Yea haha. We're living in a victorian terrace that's been converted to apartments. The plumber told me this morning that there's a water tank on the roof and to get water into the shower needs a pump so it's correct pressure. Thus...the shower sounds like a generator and scares the absolute crap out of me. I feel like it's going to burst in my face! Interestingly...we do have a regular push button toilet...probably the first one I have seen here. Ok enough of this random conversation about bathroom fixtures. Heh
carly Yeaahhh....good I guess! Beside the fact that we had to move everything on the bus. Luis driving license expired couple months ago and hadn't renewed it thinking he wouldn't be using it...so we couldn't hire a car! It wasn't so bad though, I think we haven't accumulated that much stuff in a year. Had to stick our stupidly big tv in a cab though...Luis was actually willing to just walk it here, (would have taken about an hour) haha. I love London cabs, they're so roomy!

meredith you should've made him walk! would've been cool for photos, lol. did you make a lot of trips?
